In the large solo exhibition the Neue Nationalgalerie dedicated to Greek-Italian artist Jannis Kounellis, the very location becomes a part of the event: The works of Jannis Kounellis and the architecture of the Neue Nationalgalerie were combined into a consistent presentation and increased each other’s attraction.
From this, Thoma+Schekorr developed a brand idea to base the campaign title and design on, and thus managed to make the enigmatic artist’s exhibition attractive to a wide public.
